Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the makers of Jigsaw Gardens (“we”, “us”) about your use of the Jigsaw Gardens app. By downloading or using the app, you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. What Jigsaw Gardens is

Jigsaw Gardens is a casual picture-puzzle game for personal entertainment. That is all it is meant to be.

2. Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Jigsaw Gardens on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with Apple’s Media Services Terms and the App Store’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). Where these terms conflict with Apple’s minimum EULA requirements, Apple’s requirements prevail.

3. In-game coins and items have no real-world value

Coins, boosters, collected pictures, albums and other in-game items are a limited license to use features inside the game. They are not your property, have no monetary value, and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the game. Coins purchased through in-app purchase do not expire. Spending coins consumes them. Balance corrections may be needed for a refunded, revoked or duplicate transaction, subject to Apple’s rules and your consumer rights.

4. In-app purchases

The game may offer optional in-app purchases. These are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s terms; we do not process card payments or receive your payment-card details. We receive the limited transaction information described in our Privacy Policy. Except where the law or Apple’s policies provide otherwise, purchases of in-game items are final. Refund requests can be made through Apple’s Report a Problem.

Our server verifies Apple’s signed transactions independently of optional game insights. Your wallet is saved on this device; this version has no cloud save or cross-device wallet. Delivered consumables cannot be restored through Apple after deleting local game data. Please update in place and contact support before reinstalling. TestFlight purchases use Apple’s sandbox and do not charge real money.

5. A game that will change

Jigsaw Gardens is under active development. Levels, features, artwork, in-game economy, pricing, and availability may change, and the game (or parts of it) may be added, altered, or discontinued at any time. We don’t promise the game will always be available or that any particular content will remain.

6. Using the app responsibly

Please use the app as intended. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or circumvent the game or its in-game economy, use it to break the law, or interfere with other people’s use of it.

7. Our content is ours

The game, its code, artwork, characters, names, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your license to use the app does not transfer any of those rights to you.

8. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress can never be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost progress or in-game items, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Apple’s role

This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. The Apple EULA also applies to your use of the app.

11. Termination

These terms apply while you use the app. You can end them at any time by deleting the app. Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer’s principal place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any rights you have as a consumer under your local law.
