Keep your progress when updating

Install updates through TestFlight or the App Store over the existing app. Do not delete the app to update it. This version saves progress, coins and collections on your device and does not have a cloud save or cross-device wallet. Contact us before reinstalling to troubleshoot a problem.

How do I complete a picture?

Drag pieces to bring the matching edges of the same picture together. Correctly connected pieces move as a group. Complete all four quarters to collect the picture and make space for more pieces. Complete the level’s picture target within its move allowance.

The reserve shows pictures whose parts are not all on the board yet. Hint looks for a useful move for a picture with its parts available. Magic, Shuffle and Butterfly offer different help; Butterfly needs an eligible target. New obstacles have their own guide.

What happens when lives run out?

One life refills every 15 minutes, up to the game’s maximum. You can also spend in-game coins to refill lives. Optional life reminders require your choice in the game and permission from iOS.

A purchase did not arrive

Keep the app installed and connected to the internet. Reopen the game, then use the pending-purchase check at the bottom of the Shop. A purchase awaiting Apple approval is delivered only when Apple confirms it.

If the problem continues, send the product name, approximate time, app build and Apple order reference to support. Never send card details or your Apple Account password. Delivered coin packs are consumables, so Apple’s restore-purchases feature cannot recreate coins after local game data is deleted. For a refund request, visit Apple’s Report a Problem.

Will TestFlight purchases charge me?

No. TestFlight uses Apple’s sandbox purchase environment. Public App Store purchases, when available, will show Apple’s real price and confirmation sheet before charging. Coin packs are optional and purchased coins do not expire.

Can I play offline or decline analytics?

Yes. Puzzles work offline and game insights are optional. Sending approved insights, purchases and update checks need internet access. Choose whether to share at the in-game prompt, or open Settings → Privacy & game insights later. Disabling analytics does not remove coins, collections or progress. See our privacy policy.

How do I change the theme or reminders?

Open Settings to choose Warm Wood, Fresh Blue or Botanical. Reminders have separate controls in the game; iOS Settings also controls whether the app may show system notifications.

Please include the level number, what happened, what you expected, your device model, iOS version and app build if available. A screenshot helps us understand the board. Crop out private information before sending it.
